About this role
Role Overview
- Creation of design and engineering documentation for low-voltage system implementation in high end residences
- Understand design software (ideally CAD and or Revit)
- Deep understanding of signal flow, networks, lighting/shading systems, and control systems
- Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects
Requirements
- An experienced residential AV/ technology system designer that has specialized in luxury residential for many years.
- Experience with Design/Layout/Drafting and proposal creation or residential technology systems using tools such as CAD & Revit (Ideally).
- Deep knowledge of Control Systems (Crestron, C4 & Savant), Lighting/Shading systems (Lutron), and Networks.
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops).
- A pleasant disposition, High EQ.
- Already US Based (No Visa Sponsorship).
