Oversee daily operations on the production floor to ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Provide technical support to resolve issues that arise during production
Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness
Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to identify and address production issues impacting product quality
Maintain accurate records of production activities, performance & output
Work closely with production operators and technicians to monitor and manage workflow
Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and policies

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven experience (3+ years) in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or high-tech industry
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.)
Experience with analytical tools/software such as Minitab, Power BI, or other statistical analysis programs is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
