Deliver expert technical support to customers

Bachelor’s degree in EE or CS
1+ years of professional experience (preferred)
1+ year of hands-on end-user experience working with computer systems or servers
Extensive hands-on experience and deep expertise in computer architecture
Experience developing or deploying advanced scripts and applications for automation on Windows and Linux
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to motivate and guide others in a professional demeanor
Exceptional organizational and social skills
