Design and architect secure, scalable connectivity solutions using Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and cloud networking services
Partner with Transition Managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and enable hybrid cloud connectivity across AWS and Azure environments
Lead complex troubleshooting activities, including log analysis (WAF analytics, firewall, QRadar), connectivity testing, firewall and NAT rule validation, and DNS issue resolution
Coordinate with network, security, and external partners (e.g., Akamai) to ensure timely issue resolution and successful migration outcomes
Provide leadership and oversight for the connectivity management function, including governance, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Implement and manage cloud configuration changes using tools such as Terraform and Bitbucket
Proactively identify, resolve, and document connectivity and security issues in alignment with cybersecurity best practices
Drive automation and efficiency improvements through scripting and AI-driven approaches
Stay current with evolving technologies such as AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, and Private Link to ensure high-performance and secure connectivity solutions
Requirements
Strong expertise in network connectivity, security, and hybrid cloud environments
Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
Proven experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies and WAF analytics
Solid cybersecurity background, including knowledge of SSL certificates and PKI
Experience using Terraform and Bitbucket for cloud infrastructure and configuration management
Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in log analysis (e.g., QRadar), DNS, firewall rules, and network diagnostics
Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and Python (preferred)
Automation-first mindset with a strong interest in AI-driven solutions
Strong leadership capabilities, including team management, performance oversight, and stakeholder engagement
