Role Overview
- Review, interpret, and accurately implement complex English-language contract elements into the C2O billing system
- Conduct comprehensive audits on various customer contract types entered into the new global billing system
- Efficiently manage transactional queues within Salesforce and Finance portals
- Collaborate with C2O Product Managers, Technology, Implementations, Sales, Billing Operations, and Legal teams
- Act as the primary liaison for Sales Representatives and Sales Support teams
- Analyze transactional trends to recommend system resolutions and process improvements
- Support regional expansion efforts and execute special projects
Requirements
- 1-3 years of financial industry experience focused on Billing, Pricing, procurement, contract handling or Accounting
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (must be highly proficient with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis)
- B2 English level (strong verbal and written communication skills)
