Legal Counsel

Role Overview

• Provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients including PBM, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and government programs
• Perform research, drafting and transactional work in support of legal matters
• Advise internal clients regarding compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and facilitate legal training and investigate issues as needed
• Coordinate partnership with in-house and outside legal resources

Requirements

• Juris doctor degree
• Current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5 years of experience practicing as an attorney or related legal experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with managed care companies or other health care clients
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
