About this role

Prepares complex balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
Analyzes trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and various obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses
Communicates findings to management
Leads, coordinates and conducts significant accounting projects
May lead and/or train less-experienced accountants
Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3 or more years of experience in accounting, bank accounting/reporting, financial reporting or other financial regulatory-related field
Basic knowledge of banking regulations and/or core banking processes
Robust analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships
Ability to multi-task successfully and excel in team oriented as well as individually driven assignments
Public accounting experience
Strong verbal and written communications skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with General Ledger, Loan Origination systems, Loan Servicing systems, regulatory reporting and/or banking regulations
