Senior Financial Recovery Representative – Conventional CRB, Business Banking

Role Overview

• Develops resolution strategy on classified (special asset) loans to minimize losses on current loan portfolio.
• Analyzes financial plans, negotiates loan collection or restructuring, and recommends/oversees litigation, liquidation or charge-off of loan.
• Works with business line loan officers to manage non-pass rated borrowing relationship.
• Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for risk management, compliance, and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility.
• Establishes or works with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored, and controlled.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent, relevant work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial/business banking underwriting, lending, or credit required
