Director, Assistant General Counsel – Marketing Platform

Role Overview

• Provide clear, practical legal advice to support product and engineering teams managing marketing platform
• Act as a strategic partner to product owners
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with large-scale platform evolution
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and other Legal stakeholders
• Advise on data privacy laws and regulations
• Partner to negotiate complex commercial agreements with ad tech vendors

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
• At least 5 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, government agency, military judge advocate, or in-house counsel
• At least 3 years of experience in law practice focused on privacy product counseling
