Role Overview
Supervise customer service representatives
Manage client advocacy cases that require multiple interactions
Train and develop team members
Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
Minimum 3 – 5 years customer service experience in a call center
Minimum 3 years healthcare/health insurance, claims processing or provider billing experience
Demonstrated experience with managing client advocacy cases
Demonstrated Health Care Reform Knowledge/experience and Medicare/Medicaid benefit knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
