Role Overview
- Responsible for a variety of tactical activities
- Assist with developing the procurement sourcing strategies
- Managing the bid process
- Negotiating the purchase of materials, equipment, and services
- Provide administrative and data collection support for RFPs
- Provides transactional support to more senior agents
- Assists with and manages PO and Contract Workspace life cycles
- Supports the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting process
- Develops sources of supply, establish procurement schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Zero (0) to three (3) years related experience
- Basic knowledge of business and financial principles
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office
