Supports the development and delivery of programs for targeted talent segments using sound talent management principles.
Responsible for stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of development & system resources, project and program measurement, and other deliverables that support talent programs.
Maintains and executes projects, events, systems, and deliverables related to talent programs.
Assists program managers in determining development needs and objectives for various audiences.
Recommends, designs, implements and/or evaluates program deliverables as assigned.
Fosters effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business units and external partners.
Updates and analyzes program data to proactively make recommendations to management on areas of opportunity.
