Cybersecurity Engineer II

Role Overview

• Protect patient safety and privacy
• Identify weaknesses in internal and internet-facing systems
• Drive remediation plans with system owners
• Communicate information to stakeholders via dashboards and reporting
• Review exception requests for threat and risk
• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions
• Manage Cyber systems and ensure they are tuned and on the current release

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 4+ years of related experience
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience leading vulnerability remediation across on-prem and cloud technologies
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), CompTIA Security+, etc. is preferred
