Role Overview

- Provide technical expertise and strategic advice
- Manage Requirements change, assurance, and departure processes
- Propose and implement a suitable management database
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.
Requirements
- Technical experience in requirements management within large infrastructure delivery projects
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Skilled in implementing and delivering requirements management systems
- Strategic and tactical thinking, with strong project management and IT skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to train and coach others.
