Role Overview
Develop and implement a robust Requirements Management Plan
Provide technical expertise and strategic advice
Manage Requirements change, assurance, and departure processes
Propose and implement a suitable management database
Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.
Requirements
Technical experience in requirements management within large infrastructure delivery projects
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
Skilled in implementing and delivering requirements management systems
Strategic and tactical thinking, with strong project management and IT skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to train and coach others.
