As a Territory Manager, you’ll team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community.
Leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification.
Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.
Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.) to create value.
Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
