Role Overview
- Prepare, process, and code Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
- Identify trends and insights through KPI tracking
- Participate in onboarding clients into various ERP and cloud‑based accounting systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong time management, organizational skills
- Experience in processing AP, AR, payroll transactions, and general bookkeeping
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Must have experience serving clients with $1M–$50M in annual revenue
