Act strategically within FP&A, responsible for financial analyses that support short-, medium-, and long-term decision-making;
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, financial projections, and business performance analyses;
Develop cost, margin, profitability, expense, working capital studies, and financial KPIs;
Conduct pricing analyses to support commercial decisions and improve financial efficiency;
Act as a Business Partner to business areas, primarily with commercial, channel, and portfolio teams and executive leadership;
Create executive presentations, management reports, and data-driven storytelling to support strategic decisions;
Develop Power BI dashboards and metrics to monitor financial performance;
Participate in the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of financial systems, including integrations with ERP and planning tools;
Manage information in the company's budgeting system, ensuring data consistency and analytical quality;
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and strengthening the company's budgeting culture;
Conduct market analyses and benchmarking for the technology sector to support strategic decisions.

Experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Planning;
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling;
Experience in cost, margin, expense, profitability, and working capital analysis;
Solid knowledge of income statement (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statements;
Experience acting as a Business Partner to business units;
Advanced Excel;
Experience with ERP systems, preferably TOTVS, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar;
Proficiency in Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards;
Intermediate English.
