Role Overview
Coordinate and support projects improving Honeywell's Corporate Legal function operations
Manage project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery for Legal Transformation initiatives
Report to the Senior Director of Legal Operations
Collaborate with Legal leadership, HR, Communications, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope and track progress
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource models, budget inputs, risk and issue logs, status reports, and executive-ready materials
Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional projects or programs in a corporate, professional services, legal operations, finance, HR, IT, or similar environment
Experience building and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk and issue logs, status reports, and leadership-ready materials
Ability to communicate clearly with project stakeholders, translate project details into concise updates, and support accountability across teams
