- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations

- Act as a positive role model to all store employees
- Continuously improve and develop specific management skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned
- Manage the team and perform certain Store Manager responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence
- Perform omni channel services and initiatives
