Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Lead infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
Provide leadership and mentoring to infrastructure teams, driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Oversee design, implementation, and management of network systems, servers, storage, and cloud environments ensuring security and scalability.
Ensure availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure to meet business demands and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Manage change management processes and conduct IT risk assessments.
Regularly assess existing infrastructure for improvements, cost reductions, and performance enhancement.
Collaborate with business units to align infrastructure services with evolving needs.
Optimize resource usage to minimize operational costs.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service providers meet performance standards.
Act as key contact for internal stakeholders to ensure infrastructure services meet business requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSE, Cisco, VCP, CISSP, ITIL Foundation, PMP, or equivalent project management) are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT enterprise infrastructure, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualization and database).
Proven leadership in managing large-scale IT operations, projects, vendors and IT risk.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of IT governance, security, compliance and budget management.
