Conduct personalized consulting sessions on our company's VPI (Sales by Referral) Method, ensuring clients understand and implement best practices to maximize results.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring goals and objectives are met throughout the project.
Monitor progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.
Take ownership of client deliverables, ensuring proposed solutions align with each company's expectations and specific needs.
Keep all client information up to date in the CRM and project minutes and records, and prepare analytical reports on client progress and consulting outcomes.
Play a crucial role in building and sustaining the company by maintaining daily contact to keep projects moving forward and assisting clients with questions.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure an integrated approach aligned with strategic objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing and project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
Familiarity with a variety of acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Experience optimizing acquisition channels, including A/B testing, data analysis, and implementing continuous improvements.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and client relationship management.
Ability to understand each client's specific needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
