Maintain Individual Training Records for FCC Staff
Coordinate with DoW/NDMS/FEMA/HHS/BUMED on training requirements
Identify training gaps and corrective actions
Coordinate Reserve and Active Component integration training
Ensure compliance with BUMEDINST 3440.10C and applicable DoW Directives
Experience coordinating and evaluating emergency management exercises (tabletop, full-scale)
Capability to produce exercise training materials, after-action reports, and exercise planning packages per federal standards
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Emergency Management, Security Studies, Public Policy, or related discipline)
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; OR in lieu of degree, 10 years of progressively responsible experience
Successful completion of the Federal Coordinating Center (FCC) Course within the last 3 years
Contractors performing FCC functions under this contract will be U.S. Citizens and are required to obtain and maintain favorable a Tier 3 security clearance with SECRET Eligibility
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
