About this role
Role Overview
Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores
Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed
Requirements
1–2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.)
Experience working in a remote sales environment
Quiet home office setup is required
