Set and create engineering ecosystem, best practices, tooling, and architect complex systems
Experience with using AI Tools in solving complex coding problems
Design and build scalable backend systems using Node.js and PostgreSQL
Develop robust APIs ( REST or GraphQL )
Lead engineering practices and mentor team members
Collaborate with engineers to deliver end-to-end features
Deploy and manage infrastructure on cloud services like AWS and Vercel
Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines ( GitHub Actions , Jenkins )
Work with both relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL , MySQL , MongoDB , Firebase
Design and integrate message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ , Kafka , Redis Streams )
Make thoughtful architectural decisions and performance optimizations.

At least 2+ year of experience in a technical leadership or mentoring role.
Uses AI to code on a daily basis; Loveable, v0, ChatGPT etc.
5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
Strong backend expertise with Node.js and relational databases
Experience building and scaling APIs and backend systems
Cloud infrastructure experience ( AWS , Azure , or GCP )
Solid hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD tools
Experience designing and integrating message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Streams)
Strong understanding of performance, security, and backend architecture.
