The Senior Payroll Specialist plays a vital role in managing complex payroll processes, validating payroll accuracy, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for all employees.
Validate timekeeping data, overtime, and deductions.
Process adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, final pay, and 13th month pay.
Prepare and file government remittances and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure statutory compliance.
Generate payroll reports for management and audits.
Respond to inquiries on salaries, deductions, and payslips.
Handle payroll discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with HRBP.
Support audits and data verification.
Recommend improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience with End-to-End Payroll processing.
