Act as the overall leader of the FO business area, with full P&L responsibility and end-to-end ownership of growth, delivery, and people
Own the FO business area end-to-end – including strategy, commercial performance, consulting delivery, and customer outcomes
Drive growth, profitability, and delivery excellence within the FO business, ensuring a strong balance between pipeline, capacity, utilization, and margin
Build and scale a high-performing consulting organization across consulting, architecture, and solution development
Translate Cepheo’s country strategy into clear priorities, targets, and execution plans for your area
Ensure high-quality, customer-centric delivery in close collaboration with Sales, Project Delivery, SDM/Evergreen, and other key functions
Own demand and capacity planning, ensuring the right competence is matched with business needs
Drive customer expansion and industry specialization, strengthening key accounts and positioning Cepheo in priority segments
Monitor and actively manage performance across project health, utilization, invoicing, and margin
Shape and continuously develop the FO offering, delivery standards, and knowledge sharing across the organization
Requirements
Experience from leadership roles with full responsibility for growth, performance, and teams
Strong domain credibility within Dynamics 365 FO or similar ERP environments
Financial understanding of P&L, forecasting, and margins
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with C-level customers
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
A collaborative mindset
Experience with ERP, consulting, digital transformation, or the Microsoft ecosystem.
