Requirements
- A post-secondary degree (preferably in HR, business, or a related field).
- 3 or more years of HR experience — or a mix of HR internships, co-ops, and early career roles.
- Great communication skills and a talent for building trust and connection.
- Comfort with technology (HRIS or ATS experience is a plus!).
- Working toward your CPHR designation or planning to start soon.
