Lead ICT Risk Management: identify, evaluate, and mitigate ICT risks to ensure the security and continuity of ICT operations.
Develop and Maintain ICT Risk Scenarios, set ICT controls and manage business continuity within the ICT domain.
Monitor ICT Risk Profile: continuously track and report aggregated risk levels to relevant management.
Provide expertise and guidance on ICT-related regulatory and compliance matters.
Work with internal and external teams to align on risk management and compliance standards.
Lead and develop the team: set priorities, drive accountability, and support team performance to deliver ICT risk objectives

5+ years of experience in ICT risk management and technology, ideally within financial institutions or other regulated industries.
Strong competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity management.
A solid understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management.
Proven ability to drive and manage risk management processes across the organization.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
