Take end-to-end ownership for the process and methodology framework across the Baltic organization.
Define, maintain and govern methodologies of process management.
Ensure the methodology is well-designed, consistently applied, and continuously improved.
Support business and technology teams in methodology adoption and practical implementation.
Act as the key expert and central coordination point for methodology-related topics, working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
Requirements
Strong understanding of cross functional process and methodology frameworks
Understanding of regulations that affect regulatory reporting area or experience in finance and risk reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to align across different levels of the organization
Experience in driving cross-functional change and supporting adoption in complex environments
Strong analytical and structured thinking with a holistic process view
Ability to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
