Role Overview
- Lead a line team of around 15 people (CRM Developers, Java Developers, and Business experts).
- Accountable for IT assets, people, and engineering practices connected to CRM applications.
- Ensure robust IT asset ownership, including lifecycle management, risk, and operational stability.
- Report to the Head of Channels & CRM Engineering.
Requirements
- Experienced team manager with strong interest in technology.
- Expertise in leading CRM capabilities and engineering practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM applications.
