Role Overview
- Oversee all phases of construction project management
- Estimating costs, monitoring aligned budget categories
- Working with design teams, maintaining scheduling
- Ensure projects both start and deliver on time
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Forecast and monitor schedules for various projects
- Provide direction to subcontractors regarding quality and safety standards
- Perform quality control duties
- Coordinate site inspections with local municipalities
- Maintain clear lines of communication with all parties involved
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of field experience in the construction; commercial or residential
- Valid driver's license and eligible document to fly
- Strong computer/typing skills including Microsoft Suite
- Ability to read blueprints/construction plans
- Full comprehension for the building process from concept to completion
- A proven problem solver and team player
- Ability to travel 10-15% per year
