Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Radiant Logic products within large, complex enterprise environments, driving customer time-to-value and adoption
- Engage with customers to analyze existing identity infrastructure and create deployment plans
- Install and configure RadiantOne across various environments
- Track project progress, attend status meetings, and deliver documentation for knowledge transfer
- Replicate customer environments and debug issues within RadiantOne deployments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, enterprise software implementation, or a related technical delivery role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
- Solid understanding of enterprise security and network management
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the RadiantOne platform and product suite
- US Citizenship is required
