About this role

Analyze disputes and chargeback workflows to determine the appropriate action
Conduct end-to-end investigations: transaction timeline, evidence, money flow, and root cause analysis
Build and review representment/defense cases — clear, well-documented, and win-focused
Analyze data to identify patterns, fraud signals, and process gaps worth addressing
Use (and help improve) our AI and automation tools to resolve disputes faster and more intelligently
Collaborate with teams across CloudWalk (Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, Engineering)

Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools in your daily work — and curious about agent frameworks (LangChain, Mastra, etc.)
Some coding/scripting familiarity (reading code, SQL, light automation) — you don’t need to be an engineer
Strong analytical thinking and curiosity ("why did this happen?" is your default mode)
Problem-solver mindset and a strong desire to learn (new challenges daily)
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a busy queue
Excellent writing for case summaries, dispute defenses, and Slack updates
Clear communication in threads, huddles, and DMs
Ownership mindset — you identify what’s broken, propose better approaches, and drive decisions, not just execute
High integrity and discretion with sensitive financial data
