Design, develop, and scale automated dashboards and analytics solutions that provide deep insights into ad platform performance, campaign delivery, and user engagement for both Product and Client Services teams.
Serve as a core member of the Global Analytics team, leading initiatives to define data standards, enforce data quality checks, and document data lineages to ensure a trusted, single source of truth.
Partner with Data Reporting and Platform teams to build, maintain, and optimize production-grade data models using dbt, ensuring efficient transformations and analytics-ready datasets.
Act as the analytical partner to Product Managers (to guide feature development) and Client Services (to provide scalable client-facing insights and automate ad-hoc requests).
Go beyond standard metrics to uncover trends, identify platform inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations that optimize ad revenue and user experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering, ideally within an AdTech
Proven hands-on experience using dbt to develop, test, and deploy scalable data models in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse).
Expert-level SQL skills, including writing highly optimized, complex queries and managing large-scale, clickstream, or transactional datasets.
Advanced proficiency in building scalable, intuitive dashboards in modern BI tools (e.g.Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) tailored for both internal product tracking and external client services.
Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, data governance principles, and version control (Git).
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical metrics into scalable solutions for product teams and business clients.
