About this role
Role Overview

Optimize and continuously improve our e‑commerce software
Maximize AI leverage: agent orchestration, custom workflows, and automated pipelines
Agent-assisted development across the entire SDLC: from implementation through refactoring and testing to code review — AI as the core of the work process, not an add‑on
Build and maintain your own tooling to scale productivity: CLAUDE.md, MCP server, sub-agents, custom commands, and project-specific agent configurations
Parallelize development work across multiple agents/tasks and perform structured troubleshooting of agent outputs
Version and maintain prompts, agent configurations, and tooling as part of the codebase
Establish and share best practices for agent-assisted development within the team
Work with Kubernetes, Docker, VS Code and GitLab
