About this role
Role Overview
Professional support and advisory services for international sales partners (B2B)
Proactive communication via telephone, e-mail and digital channels
Processing of incoming orders and returns using Microsoft D365 F&O
Management of export handling and international shipping processes
Preparation of all export-related documents
Active optimization of customer service processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification within an international environment
Several years of professional experience in customer service, ideally in the sports industry
Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
Confident use of MS Office 365
Experience with the ERP system MS D365 and knowledge of interface processes (e.g., EDI, Elastic) are an advantage
Strong customer-service mentality
Structured, independent working style
Team player who enjoys collaboration
Passion for outdoor sports and sustainability
