Serve as the primary Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer for one or more Agile Release Trains supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
Lead the launch, facilitation, and ongoing management of Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt Workshops.
Coach executives, leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Utilize Jira and Confluence for planning, reporting, collaboration, and transparency.
Deliver Agile and SAFe training and workshops.
Support program and project management activities as needed.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve decision making and delivery outcomes.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

5–7 years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, Agile coaching, Release Train Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting or leading Agile Release Trains, including facilitating PI Planning and SAFe events.
Experience coaching teams and leaders.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience working with executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
Scaled Agile Certification such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
