Drafting and reviewing briefs and pleadings in tax litigation, and assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, under supervision;
Updating case management systems and reviewing reports;
Monitoring cases, reviewing court publications and supporting the definition of procedural and merits strategies;
Responding to client requests and liaising with court clerks, expert witnesses, local correspondents, and others;
Handling case-related administrative actions and participating in oral arguments, when applicable, under supervision.

1 to 3 years of experience in Tax Litigation;
Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in related fields — desirable;
Familiarity with federal, state and municipal administrative tax proceedings;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience managing case-tracking systems;
Intermediate/advanced English — desirable.
