Manage insurance policies, ensuring awareness of contracted coverages and conditions; provide technical support to Scania Group companies, clarify doubts, advise on risk prevention and conduct analyses related to claim occurrences.
Coordinate the policy renewal process in collaboration with brokers and insurers, performing market analysis and benchmarking to secure the best coverage terms, pricing and service to meet the Group's needs.
Oversee claims management processes, guide insured parties on procedures, review required documentation and follow up with insurers throughout the process until settlement and receipt of claim payments.
Maintain financial controls related to insurance policies, ensuring correct allocation of expenses, payment of premiums and maintenance of contracted coverages.
Prepare and track performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports to support monitoring of the insurance portfolio, risk analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience in Corporate Insurance.
Advanced English (frequent contact with headquarters in Sweden).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
Experience in Risk Management.
