Execute the customer onboarding process, conducting risk analyses through compliance checks, media and negative-image searches (KYC);
Identify potential risk alerts and forward them to the responsible teams for validation and remediation;
Monitor and authorize billing releases based on approved credit limits;
Assist in controlling customer credit limits and financial exposure;
Support the credit and risk department’s routines, ensuring organized and efficient processes;
Prepare and update risk reports for the customer portfolio;
Assist in generating reports related to insurers and area processes;
Help organize and manage documentation and customer registration information;
Interact with internal teams to ensure alignment and speed in credit analyses and billing.

Completed or in-progress degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Basic knowledge of administrative, financial, or credit routines;
Proactive, organized, and responsible profile;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
