Draft procedural briefs of medium and high complexity, memoranda, and legal opinions.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, trainees, and interns.
Participate in hearings, meetings with judges and appellate judges, and deliver oral arguments.
Write articles and deliver presentations for clients.

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
Experience in civil litigation related to credit recovery.
Experience representing clients in court proceedings.

Master’s and/or Doctorate in related fields (advantage).
