Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

• Implement and maintain scalable features using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Inspire the team through rigorous code reviews and the dissemination of best practices.
• Develop complex endpoints and integrations (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) for partners and hotsites.
• Ensure test coverage (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and the health of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Keep technical documentation up to date and clear to democratize knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• This role includes a clear succession plan. We are looking for a technically senior professional who wishes to progress toward a Tech Lead role, gradually taking on responsibilities for mentoring, defining architectural standards, and acting as a strategic interface with the business.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Node.js/NestJS and React/Next.js.
• Deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
• MySQL (advanced modeling, query and index optimization).
• Hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL) and Docker.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
• Strong Git skills (Gitflow) and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Experience with monitoring and tracing tools (Sentry, Bugsnag, Cloud Monitoring).
• Experience working on digital health projects or high-scale systems.
• Ability to mentor less-experienced developers and facilitate agile ceremonies.
