- Own the operational end-to-end recruitment process
- Lead the design of Recruitment processes in Workday
- Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps
- Drive change management for recruitment processes and tools
Requirements
- Experience driving the rollout of standardised processes and solutions
- Managed projects end-to-end, defining key deliverables
- Create and facilitate engaging workshops and deliver impactful training programmes
- In-depth knowledge of the HR technology vendor landscape, particularly Workday or other related people technology platforms
- Fluent English communication skills
