Leading drive local application engineering support request from business team that solves the most challenging problems facing our customers while building a responsive “customer first” culture
Implements strong understanding of our customer/market needs locally, especially as it relates to future market and technology trends and the value Solventum solutions can deliver therein
Determines becoming a filtration process and technology expert by developing and maintaining key opinion leader relationships, developing collaborations across Solventum’s customer base, and championing solventum technology and innovation through joint publications, presentations, and active industry engagement
Supports local customers, develop and replicate high-impact applications, and manage account activity with our local key account managers and sales professionals
Willingness to Work across the relevant Solventum organizations to provide customer insights, support customer-centric sales and marketing activities, and champion upcoming product evaluations at customer sites
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Mechanical/environment Engineering/ Science or Engineering discipline)
Over five (5) years of Application Engineering/Product Engineering and/or Direct End User Engineering/Technical Support experience in relevant industry is preferred
Familiar with general office/drawing/statistical software and with actual experience in project and manufactory is preferred
Track record of technical collaborations across internal and external organizations, professional technical conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications
Fluently in English, and also speaks either Spanish, Italian, or French etc
Current, valid Driver’s License
