Role Overview
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements.
- Write user stories, technical specs, and Jira tickets.
- Build prototypes and validate product concepts.
- Partner with Engineering throughout development.
- Support QA and perform pre-release validation.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline product workflows.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or Product Operations experience.
- Healthcare or HealthTech experience.
- Strong product thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and prototyping.
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
