Lead complex, multifaceted client implementations across Bonterra's Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions
Work with cross-functional teams and nonprofit leadership to design and configure tailored solutions
Architect solutions that meet customer needs—considering staffing, programs, data migration, and integrations
Empower clients with the skills and confidence to own their solution long-term
Lead the technical design and client enablement while balancing client satisfaction with project budgets and timelines
Contribute to broader PS team excellence
Acquire and maintain deep expertise across the full Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions
Design creative, custom solutions when standard templates don't fit
Conduct thorough discovery to understand client org structure, strategic goals, data needs, existing systems, and migration requirements
Lead technical demonstrations of solutions, translating complex features into language that resonates with specific client requirements and stakeholders
Partner with Project Managers, fellow Implementation Consultants, and Onboarding Consultants to coordinate delivery and ensure quality across multiple concurrent implementations
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with contacts at all levels of the customer organization
Proactively identify and communicate project risks
Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce and Monday.com

6+ years of professional experience
3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture
Active listening skills enabling you to quickly understand a company's org structure, goals, and data needs
Demonstrated ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines and effort
Problem-solving skills with technical agility, creativity, and comfort working in ambiguous situations
Strong relationship-building skills (you gain trust and influence quickly)
Clear verbal and written communication, including the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, compelling language
Strong individual accountability and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
