Lead the month-end financial reporting process for Call Center Operations
Prepare clear and actionable variance analysis
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
Lead financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities
Serve as a trusted finance partner to Call Center leadership
Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities
Present financial results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to business partners

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Advanced degree such as an MBA, or professional certification such as a CPA or CFA, is strongly preferred
3 – 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, financial management, or a related finance discipline
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
Strong working knowledge of financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
