Deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers.
Perform remote clinical counseling services to clients of Nolia as scheduled and in accordance with company policies
Maintain proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics applicable to the services performed.
Completion of written records for each patient including, but not limited to, intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination notes.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient files at all times.

Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work
Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of Texas
Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans
Ideally 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults
Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and ability to communicate with diverse individuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred.
Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work
Proficiency in another language, other than English, is a plus but not required.

In-house billing support to coordinate benefits and eligibility and submit claims
In-house scheduler to answer calls and schedule intake appointments.
