The Growth Leader reports to the Vice President of Growth of an assigned geographic region and will serve as a direct contributor to the overall efficiency and optimization of our organization through development and deployment of all growth activities and projects.
Manage team leaders and/or Client Advisors in the geographic region, driving growth, and implementing strategies for cross-selling.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the Division.
Prospect, identify, and cultivate new client relationships within the industry.
Collaborate with the Director of Growth and implement comprehensive growth strategies specific to the Commercial Lines sector.
Execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques, performance catalysts and reward/recognition and incentive strategies.
Experience supporting business development lifecycle.
Can self-motivate and motivate others to achieve and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
