About this role
Role Overview
- Be responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability
- Failure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering idea for solution and improve yield & quality
- Can support and provide technical solution based on engineering knowledge to serve challenging business task
Requirements
- Understand basic knowledge of Hard Disk Drive fundamental
- Well engineering knowledge about Magnetic properties and Laser Technology
- Data Analytics to support Global trends
- Programming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, and Visual C
- Failure Analysis Skills
